Here’s another interesting episode of Imam Suhaib Webb’s on tafseer (interpreting) the Qur’an where he reflects on Surat Al-Layl (the ninety second chapter of the Qur’an), and it would be in two parts. This is the first with a general introduction to the surah.
Scholars of tafseer differ on the name of the surah; in some books of tafseer it is called Al-Layl, while other books name it Wal-Layl. Also there’s a difference among scholars on where it was revealed; Makkah or Madinah.
But why do they differ on that at all, and on what basis?
Learn about all this as Imam Suhaib the surah before reflecting on its verses, disclosing their deeper meanings and indications…
